Meet Joy, our 10 week old Maremma puppy! We welcomed this adorable little girl to our homestead 12 days ago and she has brought us so much joy! She is very smart, she is learning quickly, and she is already demonstrating natural guarding instinct. Since losing our 10 year old Maremma last year, we had multiple incidents involving fisher cats, bears, and deer. We lost multiple chickens and ducks last summer and our garden became an all-you-can-eat buffet for deer:)

We are so grateful to have found Joy and we are excited for all of the adventures we will share together!
